(1) Notwithstanding anything written in Rule 5.1, there will be a university coordination committee chaired by the chairman of the commission, with the vice chancellor of the university as a member, to coordinate between the universities.
(2) The committee will establish appropriate coordination among universities by discussing educational quality, curriculum, degrees and other necessary issues.
